Mafinga Town Council has successfully completed the training of Zonal Representatives, Ward Development Committee (WDC) members, and Constituency Development Fund (CDF) Committee members on the Integrated Constituency Development Fund Management Information System (CDFMIS) across all 13 wards in the district.

The training aimed to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use the CDFMIS platform in managing and submitting different components of the Constituency Development Fund. Through the system, participants will now be able to submit and manage applications for Loans, Grants, Bursaries, Skills Development, Secondary School Boarding and Community Projects.

The introduction of the CDFMIS is expected to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the management of CDF resources. It will also improve the tracking and monitoring of development projects within the constituency.

Mafinga Town Council remains committed to strengthening digital systems that promote effective service delivery and improved management of community development initiatives across all wards in the district.
