Mafinga Town Council has successfully concluded a three-day training programme for newly recruited Data Entry Clerks on the Constituency Development Fund Management Information System (CDFMIS). The training, which aimed at strengthening digital management of CDF operations, equipped participants with practical skills required to capture, manage, and update all CDF components on the system.
The implementation of CDFMIS is expected to enhance efficiency, accountability, and transparency in the administration of the Constituency Development Fund. By digitizing processes, the Council will improve data accuracy, reduce delays in reporting, and strengthen oversight of funded projects.
