The Honourable Member of Parliament for Mafinga Constituency commissioned the newly constructed Local Court under the funding from 2024 Constituency Development Fund (CDF). The Court has been constructed by a local contractor by the name of G.M.S General Dealers at a cost of K1,498,533.99. The MP stated that the newly built structure is a great achievement for the district as residents will no longer have to travel out of the district to have access to services that were not being provided before. The old structure was in a dilapidated state and was not conducive for work.
